The studio (formerly known as Barry’s Bootcamp) markets itself as “the best workout in the world,” but, if you ask anyone who’s attended a class, its reputation is more like “one of the hardest workouts in the world.” (Or utter torture, depending on who you’re talking to.) If you’ve done any dabbling in the boutique fitness world, you’ve definitely heard of Barry’s.
